Direct Sales Manager – Liverpool 🌟
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated and people-focused individual to join our Liverpool team in an entry-level direct sales role.
You’ll receive structured training and ongoing support from experienced team members, giving you the opportunity to develop your communication, customer service and sales skills while working towards clear individual and team targets.
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, promotions, call centres or sales can be useful, but full training is provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building positive relationships with customers
- Communicating with customers in a professional and approachable way
- Working towards individual and team performance targets
- Representing our clients and the business professionally
- Developing your knowledge of sales and customer engagement
- Taking part in regular coaching and development sessions
- Working towards increased responsibility and future progression opportunities

Who We’re Looking For
We’re interested in people who are:
- Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with others
- Motivated and comfortable working towards targets
- Professional, reliable and willing to learn
- Positive and able to work well as part of a team
- Based in Liverpool or able to commute to the area
Customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, sales, events, promotions, call centres or similar environments is welcome but not essential, as training is provided.
