As our organization grows, we are looking for a Direct Sourcing Recruiter to support a UK-based Contingent Talent programme. This role will focus on delivering high-quality contingent talent through direct sourcing and MSP processes while supporting the full contractor lifecycle across SAP Fieldglass and Beamery.
Location: London, United Kingdom or Kraków, Poland (remote/hybrid)
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate contingent worker requisitions within SAP Fieldglass, ensuring timely delivery aligned to client requirements
- Source, screen, and shortlist contract talent using Beamery, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and other sourcing channels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines of contractors, alumni, and previously engaged candidates
- Execute candidate engagement and outreach campaigns to attract and retain high-quality contingent talent
- Support talent redeployment and recycling initiatives to maximize the use of existing talent pools
- Manage candidate data within Beamery, ATS platforms, and other systems, ensuring accuracy and effective pipeline management
- Coordinate the contingent hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and assignment start
- Track candidates and workers through SAP Fieldglass workflows from requisition through activation
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide market insights
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate records and documentation across all systems while ensuring compliance with program governance and audit requirements
- Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and sourcing effectiveness
- Use data and market intelligence to continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment outcomes

Our Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience within contingent recruitment, MSP, RPO, direct sourcing, talent acquisition, or workforce solutions environments
- Proven experience sourcing and engaging contingent workers/contractors across multiple channels
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
- Hands-on experience with talent CRM platforms such as Beamery or similar systems
- Experience working with SAP Fieldglass or other Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end contractor recruitment lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team environment
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of contractor rate structures and IR35 regulations would be an advantage
