Star Actuarial Leadership Position
Star Actuarial is currently representing a significant leadership position within a highly visible and influential global consultancy.
Role Overview
As Actuarial Director for the Life Insurance function, you will oversee the origination and execution of engagements and be instrumental in delivering strategic enhancement initiatives as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting broader go-to-market activities with other insurance teams, e.g. Deals, Risk and Regulatory, and Finance Transformation.
Requirements
- Qualified actuary and seasoned consultant
- Demonstrable experience of operating and liaising at Board level
- End-to-end proposition development/management
- True people person with interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to take the lead on performance management and training programs
- Develop efficient, reliable, and close-knit teams which feel valued and supported
