Atlantis RH recherche Directeur(ice) Head of Operations pour une PME spécialisée

Londres | 💷 6 M£ de CA | 👥 40 collaborateurs

Rattaché(e) à la Direction du groupe et en binôme avec le Directeur - Head of Development, vous aurez la responsabilité globale des opérations :

  • Management des équipes Design, Production, Achats & Logistique et Installation
  • Pilotage de l’atelier de production et des projets/chantiers
  • Gestion des achats, sous-traitants et capacités d’installation
  • Suivi de la performance opérationnelle et financière
  • Développement de projets à l’export et diversification des marchés
  • Maintien des standards d’excellence et de la réputation de la Maison
  • Représentation légale et autonomie complète de l’entité

Profil recherché

  • Formation ingénieur ou école de commerce
  • 7 à 10 ans minimum d’expérience, idéalement dans la conduite de travaux/chantiers patrimoniaux ou de haute construction
  • Expérience confirmée en management international
  • Bilingue français / anglais
  • Forte sensibilité commerciale et goût pour l’excellence technique
  • Leadership, autonomie, capacité d’adaptation et aisance dans un environnement anglo-saxon
