Currently engaged on a Director level Operational Risk & Controls role within the 1st line of a Global Investment Bank
You will have responsibility for managing a small UK team, and will have coverage across the FICC markets. You should have previous experience in the ongoing development of 1st line controls, and be able to effectively face off to sales and trading teams to ensure they are appropriately adhered to. This role is open to those at VP level who are looking to make a step up, as well as more established directors.

- Previous experience working within a 1st line controls role
- Good knowledge of FICC products
- Previous management experience would be beneficial
- Experience in developing controls frameworks
