🚨 DIRECTOR – FINANCE RECRUITMENT
📍 London | Hybrid
🌍 Build across the UK or US market
This is not simply another billing role with a Director title attached. I’m partnering with an ambitious, established recruitment business looking for a proven Finance Recruitment Director to lead, build and scale a high-performing division.
You will have the freedom to focus on the market where your relationships and expertise are strongest, whether that is the UK or the US with the backing, infrastructure and investment needed to turn your vision into a genuinely significant business.
The opportunity will suit someone who can:
- Lead from the front and remain commercially active
- Build and develop a high-performing recruitment team
- Create and execute a clear growth strategy
- Win senior client relationships and generate new business
- Develop new markets, revenue streams and key accounts
- Recruit, coach and retain experienced consultants
- Take genuine ownership of a division and its performance

You may already be operating at Director level, or you could be a successful Associate Director or senior recruitment leader ready for greater autonomy, influence and earning potential.
You will ideally have a strong track record within Accountancy & Finance, qualified finance, senior finance or executive search, alongside evidence of building revenue, developing people and creating sustainable client relationships.
