Summary
The Director, Ad Operations, Measurement & Tag Management will lead the governance, administration and evolution of SAP's global advertising technology, tracking and measurement ecosystem. The role will oversee platform governance, TRKKN management, tag management, server-side measurement, operational excellence, ad serving governance and offshore ad operations standards across EMEA and North America.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own the strategic and operational relationship with TRKKN across CM360 and DV360 administration and governance.
- Manage advertiser creation requests, user access requests and platform governance processes.
- Oversee platform organisation, naming conventions, taxonomy implementation and operational standards.
- Lead Floodlight governance including regular quality assurance reviews and tracking audits.
- Own SAP's tagging strategy, implementation standards and measurement governance.
- Lead server-side tagging initiatives across SAP.com and partner digital properties.
- Drive implementation of Conversion API (CAPI) and Enhanced Conversion solutions across key platforms.
- Partner with SAP technical teams to define measurement architecture, event schemas and first-party data integrations.
- Oversee OGS (formerly Annalect) trafficking teams across EMEA and North America.
- Develop and enforce standardised trafficking templates, campaign setup standards and operational playbooks.
- Implement governance frameworks, documentation, training programmes and quality assurance processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimisation and operational transformation.
- Partner with analytics, planning and activation teams to improve measurement and reporting readiness.
- Own end-to-end ad serving billing governance across SAP media activity.
- Review and validate monthly ad serving invoices from Google and TRKKN.
- Conduct channel-level ad serving spend analysis and reconciliation.
- Manage Prisma cost logging and financial governance processes for ad serving expenditure.
- Provide strategic leadership across ad technology, measurement and operations workstreams.

Experience & Skills Needed
- Experience in Ad Operations, Ad Technology, Digital Measurement or Marketing Technology.
- Deep expertise across CM360, DV360, Floodlights and Google Marketing Platform.
- Experience implementing server-side tagging, Conversion APIs and Enhanced Conversions.
- Strong understanding of attribution, measurement and digital marketing technologies.
- Experience managing offshore operational teams and vendor relationships.
- Experience creating governance frameworks, documentation and standardised operating procedures.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with financial reconciliation, budgeting and ad serving cost governance.
- Ability to lead executive-level discussions with clients, partners and senior stakeholders.
