Senior Finance Recruitment Consultant – US Private Equity Market

London | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission

An established and growing SME recruitment business is looking to appoint a Senior Finance Recruitment Consultant to join its successful Finance division.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the Founder, taking ownership of an established US-focused desk and helping to continue the growth of an already successful division.

The role will focus on recruiting senior Finance professionals for private equity firms and PE-backed businesses across the US. You will inherit a strong platform, existing market presence and established client relationships, while having the autonomy to develop new business and build your own network.

The role

  • Recruit senior Finance professionals across the US private equity and PE-backed market
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client management through to candidate delivery
  • Develop existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities
  • Build a strong network of Finance professionals across the US
  • Work closely with the Founder on the continued growth and direction of the division
  • Contribute ideas and help shape the future development of the business
  • Operate with genuine autonomy in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment

About you

  • Proven experience within Finance and Accounting recruitment
  • A successful track record in permanent recruitment, search or senior appointments
  • Strong relationship-building and business-development skills
  • Commercial, ambitious and confident managing your own market
  • US recruitment experience would be highly advantageous but is not essential
  • Candidates without US experience must have a genuine interest in developing within this market
  • Comfortable working US hours when required
  • Motivated by the opportunity to work closely with a Founder and make a visible impact within an SME
