A leading Big 4 Consultancy is looking for an experienced Director to join its growing AI Consulting practice in London, with a specific focus on AI ontology design and enterprise level AI design across the Banking sector. Senior Manager level candidates with the right background will also be considered.

The team works with major Banking and Financial Services organisations on complex AI challenges, helping senior leaders shape how AI is designed, structured and embedded across the enterprise.

As a Director, you will act as a senior strategic adviser to clients, working with C-suite and senior technology, data and business stakeholders to shape AI strategies and define the frameworks and capabilities required to scale AI effectively.

This role is offering a base of circa £175,000 with flexibility, plus an excellent benefits package.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Significant consulting experience working with leading Financial Services organisations, ideally Banking, with a proven track record of helping senior stakeholders solve complex enterprise-wide challenges through the strategic application of AI
  • Deep expertise in AI ontology design, with the ability to define how AI concepts, entities, relationships and knowledge are structured and connected within an enterprise
  • Strong experience designing AI at enterprise level, including AI capabilities, data and models, and how these can be integrated across complex technology environments
  • A strong understanding of the challenges involved in scaling AI across large, complex and regulated organisations
  • Experience advising organisations on AI adoption, transformation or enterprise AI strategy, with the ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical business solutions
  • A proven track record of leading complex client engagements and developing trusted relationships with senior and C-suite stakeholders
  • Strong commercial experience, including proposition development, identifying new opportunities and contributing to business development and revenue growth
