Director - Asset and Wealth Management Practice
A leading Global Consultancy is looking for an experienced Director to join its growing Asset and Wealth Management practice in London, with a specific focus on Aladdin and core platform transformations.
About the Role
This team partners with some of the world’s leading asset managers, wealth managers, and service providers on complex front-to-back transformation programmes. This includes large-scale platform implementations, operating model redesign, and integration of core investment systems such as Aladdin or CRD.
As a Director, you will play a key role in driving growth within the Asset and Wealth Management practice, leading major client engagements, and building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders. You will work closely with C-suite clients, including CIOs, COOs, and Transformation Leads, helping them shape and deliver their strategic change agendas. A key part of the role will be leading large-scale operational transformation programmes, remaining close to delivery as well as client and commercial leadership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
