The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of alliances and partnerships, customer solution life cycles, enterprise sales processes, competitive dynamics, stakeholder engagement, and execution of joint growth plans.

This is a UK-based role with EMEA scope and leadership responsibility for building and expanding partner impact across multiple markets.

  • Identify new regional partner opportunities, including systems integrators, channel partners, OEMs, application providers, and other strategic ecosystem players
  • Strengthen existing partner relationships while broadening the regional partner network where it supports growth objectives
  • Help manage channel alignment and minimise channel conflict through strong communication, clear rules of engagement, and close internal coordination
  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams on partner campaigns, events, enablement activities, and solution positioning
  • Identify and assess joint development or strategic collaboration opportunities where appropriate
  • Establish, track, and report on key alliance metrics, milestones, pipeline contribution, and business outcomes
  • Provide regular updates and strategic insight on EMEA partner performance, market opportunities, and competitive activity
  • Act as a visible regional leader for the alliances function, bringing strong collaboration, commercial judgement, and execution discipline

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
