Accountabilities
As a Director Analyst specializing in accounting processes and AI technology, you will act as a subject matter expert helping organizations transform their finance operations. You will create impactful research, advise senior stakeholders, and provide strategic guidance on leveraging automation and emerging technologies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on accounting transformation, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial close, and record-to-report processes.
- Guide clients on how AI, automation, and finance technologies can improve operational efficiency and create strategic value for finance functions.
- Develop high-quality research, insights, and advisory content that addresses the challenges and priorities of senior finance executives.
- Evaluate market trends, technology solutions, vendors, and best practices to help organizations make informed technology decisions.
- Deliver engaging advisory sessions, presentations, and discussions with executive audiences through virtual meetings and industry events.
- Stay ahead of developments in accounting technology, finance transformation strategies, AI adoption, and automation trends.
- Collaborate with a global team of analysts and experts to produce authoritative research and actionable recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their challenges and providing practical, data-driven guidance.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is an experienced finance transformation professional with deep expertise in accounting processes, technology adoption, and AI-driven innovation. You should combine strong analytical abilities with executive communication skills and a passion for helping organizations solve complex business challenges.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, technology transformation, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience leading accounting teams and supporting record-to-report processes within large multinational organizations.
- Proven experience transforming financial close, accounting operations, or controllership processes through technology and automation.
- Strong knowledge of accounting automation solutions, ERP systems, and technologies supporting financial operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills with the ability to create clear and actionable insights for business leaders.
- Excellent presentation skills and confidence engaging with senior executives and global audiences.
- Ability to analyze complex information, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 25% regionally and globally.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
