Job Description
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CRM, S2P, HRSD, MCO, FSO, etc.
- Demonstrate Experience with presenting ServiceNow solutions to clients in a value-led approach. Case study would be provided for round 2.
- Assist the Sales personnel in the qualification of customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis.
- Assess the customer's strategic needs, uncover business requirements, determine the gaps between business requirements and product functionality, and build relationships with clients onsite.
- Gather the appropriate information to generate proposals with the right service components, pricing, and assumptions.
- Evaluate ServiceNow products and solutions that might improve or enhance services provided while aligning and working closely with onshore ServiceNow leadership.
- Understand business and technical problems addressed by the proposed solutions including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security, etc.
- Produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience creating demos and ability to demonstrate ServiceNow products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge.
- Provide technical leadership during client workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to ensure compliance with business policies and standards.
