Are you an MRICS Registered Valuation Surveyor looking to join one of the most respected specialist valuation teams in the UK?

Our client is looking for a Director or Associate Director to join its market-leading Hospitality Valuations team. Based in Leeds and covering Yorkshire, the North and wider UK instructions, this is an outstanding opportunity to work within a specialist sector, advising leading banks, investors, operators and private clients on some of the industry's most exciting assets.

This national team has 12 dedicated hospitality valuers, and has an exceptional reputation within the sector and sits on all major bank valuation panels. The team delivers a wide range of instructions, from single asset assignments through to complex portfolio valuations and occasional international mandates.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality valuation advice, primarily focused on:

  • Hotel valuations
  • RICS Red Book valuations of going concern assets
  • Bank lending instructions
  • Portfolio and corporate valuation assignments
  • Private client advisory work

The role also involves developing and maintaining relationships with lenders, investors, operators, accountants and professional advisers across the hospitality and operational real estate markets.

Who We're Looking For

We are keen to speak with MRICS-qualified valuers from a range of backgrounds, including:

  • Hotel Valuation
  • Hospitality Valuation
  • Healthcare Valuation
  • Operational Real Estate Valuation
  • Commercial Valuation professionals seeking sector specialisation

Hospitality experience is highly desirable but not essential, with full sector training available for candidates looking to transition into this exciting specialist market.
