Job Description
The Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team is a world-class commercial organization experiencing tremendous, double-digit growth as we expand into new payment flows and continue to grow our core card solutions. This is an incredibly exciting time to join our team as we expand globally. We work closely with Issuers, Merchants, FinTechs, Acquirers, and other payment ecosystem players to deliver these services. We believe that the B2B market is at an inflection point whereby Visa can play a larger role in building and delivering solutions around the world.
The B2B Acceptance Strategic Merchant team is responsible for expanding Commercial Acceptance with B2B Merchants. The Director Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving net new acceptance with B2B Merchants by leveraging creative solutions that deliver value to all parties involved. This newly created role will also lead Visa’s efforts in retaining and recapturing supplier spend that has migrated away from the Visa network. The Director will engage directly with suppliers to articulate the value of Visa acceptance, and collaborate with buyers to secure endorsement and drive engagement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
