GKR International has been appointed by established estate agency to assist on securing their Build to Rent Director

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded individual to take ownership of an established division and drive its next phase of development.

You will be tasked to grow the number and quality of institutional clients, increase revenue and profitability, and build the operational structure required to support sustainable growth.

You will have responsibility for the overall performance and direction of the Living Markets division. This will include:

  • Developing and executing the division's commercial strategy.
  • Growing relationships with institutional investors, asset owners and operators.
  • Identifying and securing new client opportunities across BTR and the wider Living sector.
  • Developing the service proposition to meet the needs of institutional clients.
  • Building the team, processes and operational infrastructure required to support growth.
  • Taking ownership of divisional revenue, profitability and performance.
  • Working closely with the wider senior leadership team and London office network to maximise opportunities.

Our client is looking for an established senior professional with a strong track record within BTR, institutional residential, PRS or the wider Living sector.

You will have an existing network across institutional clients and a proven ability to develop new business and long-term relationships. Just as importantly, you will have the commercial and leadership capability to take responsibility for a division and create the structure required to scale it.

Ideally You Will Be

  • Commercially driven with a strong understanding of the Living market.
  • Well connected across institutional residential and/or BTR.
  • Experienced in winning and developing major client relationships.
  • Comfortable leading teams and implementing operational structures.
  • Entrepreneurial, strategic and highly execution-focused.

This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of a key division within an established London estate agency, with the freedom and responsibility to shape the proposition, develop the team, win new clients and significantly grow the business.

Salary & package

Competitive, dependent on experience.
