An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Surveying professional to lead and grow an established Cardiff office for a highly respected multi-disciplinary property consultancy. This is a senior leadership role offering the chance to take ownership of an existing team, strengthen key client relationships, and drive further regional growth across the commercial property sector.

- Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 DOE
