We’re partnering with a fast-growing financial services business to hire a senior, commercially driven Business Development Director to lead growth across Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking and Capital Markets.
This is a genuine hunter role — owning the full sales cycle from origination and relationship development through to negotiation and close.

- Specialist Financial Services Talent
- Operational & Regulatory Solutions
You’ll be expected to:
- Originate and close new enterprise relationships across EMEA
- Build trusted relationships with senior banking stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Deliver against ambitious revenue targets
- Work closely with solution, delivery and leadership teams

We’re particularly interested in people with experience across:
Investment Banking | Corporate Banking | Commercial Banking | Capital Markets | Financial Services Sales | Consulting | FinTech | Data & Analytics | Managed Services / BPO
You’ll need:
- A proven enterprise sales track record within financial services such as talent, managed services and or technology enabled solutions
- A strong network across banks in EMEA - investment banking, commercial banking, capital markets
- Experience selling complex solutions to senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial, consultative and relationship-building skills
- The ambition and credibility to operate at C-suite / MD level
