Role Summary and Impact

This role is within Mindshare, a leading brand within WPP Media, where you will be responsible for the strategy, development, and operations of Estée Lauder’s data infrastructure and visualisation ecosystem. This role oversees the end-to-end data flow — from ingestion and transformation within GCP to delivery through Power BI dashboards — ensuring scalable, consistent, and high-quality data solutions across markets.

The role will establish global standards, drive operational excellence, and partner with regional teams and clients to enable data-driven decisioning. Supported by a mix of FTE and project-based resources, this position is accountable for building and governing both the data operations framework and dashboarding capabilities.

Data Operations (GCP, Adverity, Data Pipelines)

  • Lead the roll-out and ongoing maintenance of a custom instance of WPP’s Measure “Campaign Performance” platform, which leverages Adverity, SQL via DBT, Microsoft PowerBI, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Partner with the Client Analytics team to deliver on Learning Agenda and Measurement Plan priorities in both raw and visualized data
  • Manage a roadmap and backlog of features in support of ELC’s evolving BI needs
  • Coordinate with local market stakeholders to support or lead the development of key-market-specific features
  • Own and manage the global GCP environment, including data ingestion, transformation, and governance
  • Oversee integration of data sources via Adverity and other pipelines, ensuring reliability and scalability
  • Define and implement business rules for data harmonisation and transformation
  • Partner with Campaign Performance Product/Enablement and Custom Measure Consulting teams on platform evolution and requirements
  • Establish and maintain operational processes, documentation, and quality controls across data workflows

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
