- Advising channel leaders across Direct, OTA, Reservations and third parties on where incremental investment should be deployed or withdrawn, based on profitability, incrementality and customer value.

- Leading quarterly and annual channel investment reviews and translating performance insights into actionable funding decisions.
- Supporting annual operating plans through evidence-based forecasts, scenarios and investment cases.

- Creating a unified commercial KPI framework across Digital, OTA, Property Direct and Distribution, focused on shared outcomes such as profit, margin and customer lifetime value.

- Coaching channel leaders to interpret effectiveness insights and adjust their strategies and investment accordingly.
- Acting as a trusted commercial advisor who is prepared to challenge existing channel assumptions when the evidence indicates a different direction.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
