Overview

Are you passionate about building marketing strategies that drive real business impact at scale? In this role, you'll shape how Microsoft engages customers through some of our most important retail partners across Europe.

You'll lead channel marketing initiatives that connect innovation with customers, helping bring Microsoft products and experiences to life through retail, digital, and in-store marketing programs. Working closely with retail partners, OEMs, and silicon partners, you'll influence how millions of customers discover, explore, and engage with Microsoft solutions.

As part of MCAPS-Core, you'll be at the centre of a highly collaborative organisation that brings together product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and partner teams around a shared mission: helping customers realize value faster and turning innovation into measurable business outcomes.

This is an opportunity to drive large-scale marketing impact, build strong strategic partnerships, and help shape the future of Microsoft's retail and partner marketing strategy across the region. You'll do this in an environment that encourages a growth mindset, values collaboration and inclusion, and empowers you to innovate, learn, and make a meaningful difference.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
