This is a senior leadership role for a commercially minded content strategist who understands institutional financial services and knows how to turn complex ideas into narratives that influence client thinking and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the content strategy for Citi Services' P&I and Innovation functions, covering thought leadership, ecosystem positioning, and client-facing content across all channels.
  • Own the planning, production, and distribution of thought leadership content that builds Citi's profile with institutional clients and reinforces its position as a market leader in financial services.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on content narratives that resonate with client priorities, influence buying decisions, and differentiate Citi's capabilities in the market.
  • Drive content collaboration across Client Advisory, Digital Assets, Business Development, Sales, Product, Marketing, Communications, and Legal teams to ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment.
  • Lead the development of client-centric perspectives and translate them into compelling content that shapes internal stakeholder communication and external client engagement.
  • Manage and develop a content team, setting priorities, maintaining editorial standards, and delivering high-quality output across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Track relevant market trends, client issues, and sector developments to keep Citi Services' content agenda current, credible, and commercially relevant.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
