About Administrate
Administrate is a training management platform used by hundreds of companies around the world to plan, schedule, communicate, and resolve issues in our customer's training organizations. Our mission is to provide an industry-leading platform that enables enterprises to run their training function more efficiently and effectively so that they can focus more on connecting with people than administering programs.
We've evolved rapidly in recent years, with our platform now serving enterprise customers at scale. With headquarters in Edinburgh, Scotland, a base in the United States and team members working remotely across the globe, we're proud of the momentum we've built and even more excited about what's ahead.
Administrate is committed to being an Elevator for People. We build software, but it's our people who make us, and our customers, successful. We hire from a wide variety of backgrounds because diverse perspectives make us stronger. If you share our values, we'd love to hear from you.
About You
You love a challenge and want to be the best. You take pride and ownership in everything you do, and you love helping people achieve their goals. You're an exceptional relationship-builder - equally comfortable negotiating with a senior executive as you are sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with a client's ops team working through a configuration problem. People trust you, and they want you in the room.
You thrive at the intersection of technology and account leadership. You're just as comfortable digging into an API, a data structure, or a platform configuration as you are running a renewal conversation - for you, technical fluency isn't a nice-to-have, it's how you build credibility with clients and get to a solution that actually works, not just one that sounds good in a meeting. You get energy from owning outcomes end-to-end - forecasting, renewals, expansion - and you don't wait for a playbook to tell you what to do next; you already know. You understand that a renewed or expanded account isn't just a relationship win, it's proof the product is actually solving the client's problem, and you take personal responsibility for making sure it is.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You love working with smart, creative people and hate mediocrity. You're comfortable being the only person doing what you do - no team to delegate to, no bureaucracy to hide behind - and you do your best work with that kind of ownership.
You have a natural bias toward automation and efficiency. You spot opportunities to improve the renewal process or a client's workflow and you can't help but act on them. You're self-driven, proactive, and you hold yourself to a high standard. Your work day goes by quickly and you leave at the end of the day knowing you moved the business, and your clients, forward.
What You'll Do
You'll be the owner of Administrate's Client Experience function, personally running the full book of accounts from renewal through expansion. Specifically, you will:
- Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) performance and forecasting across the full customer base.
- Run the existing renewal process end-to-end - forecasting, negotiation, and close.
- Build and maintain senior/executive relationships with key clients to secure long-term alignment and reduce churn risk.
- Diagnose a client's operational or workflow problem and design a concrete solution using Administrate's product suite (AI Scheduler, Automator, GraphQL API, WebLink).
- Translate client requirements into practical configurations, integrations, or workflow changes - not just feature recommendations.
- Work directly with clients' technical or ops teams to implement and validate solutions.
- Execute established onboarding and expansion (upsell/cross-sell) playbooks, and own the CS expansion pipeline.
- Identify and lead intervention on at-risk accounts.
- Represent Client Experience in cross-functional discussions with Sales, Product, and Support, and partner with Sales on account handoffs and account planning.
- Maintain account health, usage, and expansion tracking in HubSpot.

- A track record of owning NRR and expansion revenue targets.
- Comfort working solo - this role requires someone who leads strategically and executes personally with no team to delegate to.
- A strong track record presenting to and negotiating with senior/executive client stakeholders.
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM, and comfort with forecasting/reporting rhythms.
- Training/learning technology, HR tech, or an adjacent SaaS vertical experience is a plus.
