Are you a senior strategy or advisory professional with deep expertise across the climate and energy transition? Do you bring the commercial credibility to advise C-suite leaders, financial institutions and investors on decarbonisation, climate risk and system transformation? Acre is proud to partner with Blunomy to appoint a Director into its UK consulting team. This is a pivotal, senior-level role within a high-growth specialist advisory firm, combining client leadership, strategic delivery and commercial contribution, and playing a key role in scaling Blunomy's presence and impact in the UK market.

This is a newly created opportunity owing to growing client engagement in the UK market. As a Director, you will play a senior role in leading client engagements, supporting business development and contributing to the growth of Blunomy's UK platform.

You will also:

  • Lead and deliver strategic consulting engagements across climate, energy and transition topics.
  • Develop and deepen relationships with Blunomy's existing global clients, identifying opportunities for expansion and cross-selling of services.
  • Lead and oversee the development of commercial proposals in collaboration with UK and international teams.
  • Act as the primary senior interface for clients and external stakeholders throughout project delivery.
  • Contribute to Blunomy's thought leadership and market positioning.
  • Mentor and develop junior consultants and managers and play a broader leadership role in the ongoing growth of the UK office.

Candidate Profile

You will be an experienced strategy or advisory professional with a strong commercial mindset, bring credibility and network at C-suite level, and a demonstrable track record in energy, climate, sustainability or adjacent sectors.

You will also bring:

  • Significant senior-level experience (typically 10+ years) within strategy consulting, advisory, corporate strategy or financial advisory.
  • Strong exposure to energy transition, climate, sustainability or related sectors from a commercial and strategic perspective.
  • Proven ability to originate, sell and deliver complex advisory engagements.
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with credibility and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in a high-growth environment and helping to build a platform.
