Overview
The mission of the Customer Success Unit (CSU) is to empower customers to accelerate business value through differentiated customer experiences that leverage Microsoft’s products, services, and partnerships.
We are recruiting for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) Director, aligned to Microsoft’s AI Business Solutions portfolio. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about leading a team of technical architects who drive our customers’ AI transformation with Microsoft offerings/solutions. This is a people management role with accountability for a portfolio of customers and a portion of the Microsoft business results.

Responsibilities
- You will lead your AI Business Solutions CSA team to deliver value realisation for our customers.
- You will deliver clarity for the team, generate energy and deliver business outcomes.
- You will lead them through change and deliver positive customer outcomes.
- You will model, coach and care for the CSA team, giving our people their best possible lived experience in role.
- Our aim is to become trusted advisors to customers and partners as they progress with AI transformation.
- You will coach the team to understand customer objectives and how Unified accelerates value realisation and guide team to drive positive customer outcomes and share feedback/insights from customers/partners.
- Provide thought leadership in AI solution design and ACM planning, supporting customers through implementation to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications
- You will coach the team to develop opportunities driving Customer Success business results by working with technical and business decision makers ensuring they understand Microsoft's AI value proposition and get value from their investment in Microsoft technology through deep business understanding of solution plays and customer scenarios.
- You will coach the team to identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging technical subject matter expertise. Support them to lead technical and business conversations with customers to drive value from their Microsoft investments, by delivering all work according to our best practices, policies and using repeatable Intellectual Property (IP) and run your business and develop your team to meet customer needs and Microsoft business targets.
- You will foster a continuous self-learning culture and help the team embrace new AI solutions. This will involve your own career development and your team of CSA’s development.
- You will leverage your ability to apply principles, systems, tools, and strategic insights to sustainably improve key performance metrics (KPIs) and drive operational efficiencies and coach the team on situational fluency (Interpersonal Flexibility) by studying your customer, understanding the situation, "reading the room" and reacting accordingly as you coach the teams on how and when to pivot customer/ internal conversations based on what you observe in your environment.

Cloud Solution Architecture M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £ 100,400.00 - £ 200,500.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
