JOB SUMMARY
NetApp is searching for a visionary presales leader to own and scale our technical Go-to-Market strategy for Azure solutions across Europe.
This is more than a management role; we need a recognized thought leader who can operate at the intersection of technology, strategy, and executive influence. Your mission is to establish NetApp as the undisputed authority for enterprise data on Azure, making our solutions the default choice for the world’s largest companies.
Your Impact Will Be Defined By:
- Building a World-Class Technical GTM: You will architect and execute the technical sales strategy for our entire European Azure business. This involves setting the standard for presales excellence, creating a culture of competitive dominance, and scaling a multi-country organization of elite cloud architects.
- Leveraging Your Microsoft Relationships: Your deep connections within Microsoft's Sales (STU) and Technical (CSU) organizations are critical. You will be the senior strategic partner to Microsoft's Azure leadership in Europe, deepening executive alignment and driving a strong bias for NetApp's portfolio in every major customer decision.
- Thought Leadership that Wins Deals: You are the voice of NetApp's Azure strategy in the region. You will lead from the front, shaping our competitive plays, articulating a powerful "Why NetApp on Azure" message, and enabling your team to win complex deals based on business outcomes and strategic value, not just features.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
