Role Description
The Director – Co Founder will play a key leadership role in shaping AnyAppo’s strategic direction, driving growth, and overseeing core business operations in the London Area, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

- Defining and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Leading sales and marketing initiatives.
- Building partnerships with agencies, enterprises, and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinating product roadmap priorities with the technical team.
- Using market research and customer feedback to refine offerings and expand into new industry segments.
- Managing financial planning, performance metrics, and resource allocation.
- Fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture aligned with the company’s mission.
This is an on-site role based in the London Area, requiring close collaboration with local and remote teams, investors, and partners.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights for strategic and operational decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation, and clear presentation of complex concepts.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth, developing pipelines, and closing strategic deals.
- Experience in marketing, including digital marketing, brand positioning, and growth strategies for SaaS or eCommerce products.
- Ability to conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends in eCommerce and AI.
- Background in founding, scaling, or leading technology, SaaS, or eCommerce startups, ideally in multi-region environments.
- Knowledge of product-led growth, customer success, and building scalable operational processes.
- Comfort working closely with technical teams; understanding of modern web and mobile technologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or related field; an advanced degree or equivalent entrepreneurial experience is beneficial.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
