Role Description
The Director will provide strategic leadership across our fundraising platform, driving growth, operational excellence, and impactful outcomes for founders and investors. This full-time, on-site role, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, involves overseeing cross-functional teams, setting objectives, and aligning product, marketing, sales, and partnership initiatives with company goals.

- Analyzing market trends
- Defining and refining strategy
- Guiding key projects and launches
- Ensuring a high-quality, data-driven user experience
The Director will cultivate relationships with startups, investors, and ecosystem partners, represent the company at industry events, and champion continuous improvement in processes and performance. This role also includes:
- Mentoring team members
- Managing budgets
- Reporting on progress and KPIs to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in technology, SaaS, venture, or startup ecosystems, with a strong track record of driving growth and strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of fundraising, venture capital, or investment processes, including startup valuation, deal flow management, and investor relations.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, business development, and stakeholder management, with the ability to align diverse teams around clear goals.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, including comfort with analytics, performance metrics, and market research to guide strategy and operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience representing an organization to external partners, clients, and at events.
- Experience building and managing high-performing teams, including mentoring, performance management, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.
- Ability to work on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom, and collaborate effectively across time zones and cultures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Comfort with fast-paced, high-growth environments and a strong interest in innovation, startups, and the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem.
