About The Job

TSA Riley Infrastructure is looking for a senior leader to establish and build client relationships, create new routes to market and drive growth through project and programme delivery.

This role can be based in either London, Birmingham or Manchester*

About The Role

You'll work closely with clients to understand their problems and priorities, develop practical solutions and deliver positive outcomes. By shaping propositions, winning work and growing accounts with sector and business leaders, you'll contribute to UK business growth. You'll also provide executive oversight of complex commissions and act as professional lead for Infrastructure PM.

You'll use your experience and connections to expand our infrastructure delivery into Energy, Defence and wider Transport. Drawing on TSA Riley's wider APAC capability and track record, you'll strengthen our credibility with new clients where the UK team needs additional expertise or sector experience, while working with colleagues in Canada and across our international business to pursue opportunities.

About Your Responsibilities

  • Establish and build senior client relationships, working with clients to understand their problems, priorities and desired outcomes. Develop practical consulting solutions and lead pursuits, bids and negotiations to win work and grow accounts.
  • Create new routes to market for project and programme delivery through client networks, partnerships and targeted propositions. Work with other Infrastructure capability leaders to identify cross-selling opportunities, develop joined-up solutions and grow client accounts.
  • Lead or provide executive oversight of major, complex infrastructure commissions, setting delivery strategy, mobilising teams and assuring quality, commercial performance and client outcomes.
  • Work across client-side advisory and delivery/Tier 1 environments, shaping solutions with clients, mobilising the right teams and leading delivery to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Build the relationships, propositions and delivery track record to diversify beyond rail into Energy, Defence and wider Transport. Bring expertise and credentials into client discussions and bids to complement UK capability and build confidence with new clients.
  • Grow the PM team by recruiting commercially minded project and programme managers who build client relationships, identify needs and generate business opportunities alongside delivering excellent client outcomes.
  • Act as professional lead for Infrastructure PM, guiding the team's development through mentoring, practical learning and good practice. Strengthen TSA Riley's credibility in project management through engagement with the Association for Project Management (APM) and the wider profession.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
