Bumble is looking for a Director, International Core Markets, Integrated Marketing to lead the strategy and performance of our portfolio of established international markets.

Reporting to the VP of International Markets, you will be responsible for defining what it takes for Bumble to win across our Core Markets, protecting and strengthening our market position while identifying the next opportunities for sustainable growth, cultural relevance, and brand leadership.

This is a senior leadership and people management role. You will lead and develop a team of market leaders, setting clear strategic direction while empowering them to translate Bumble's global strategy into locally relevant, insight-led market plans.

You are a strategic and empathetic leader who sets a high bar for both thinking and execution. You know how to coach teams, navigate complexity, challenge established approaches, make difficult prioritization decisions, and create an environment where people have the clarity, autonomy, and support to do their best work.

What You Will Do

  • Own the strategy and performance of Bumble's International Core Markets portfolio, establishing a clear long term vision, drives sustainable growth, and remains culturally relevant in each market.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of market leaders, setting clear direction and empowering them to own outcomes.
  • Drive alignment across the portfolio, ensuring teams stay focused on priorities, share learnings, and adapt quickly as business needs evolve.
  • Regularly assess performance across the portfolio and make deliberate choices about where to prioritize, where to invest, where to optimize.
  • Establish clear success measures across the portfolio and champion a strong culture of measurement and learning.
  • Use performance and consumer insights to continuously challenge assumptions and evolve market strategies.
  • Build strong partnerships with Global Marketing, Creative, Media, Product Marketing, Growth, Communications, Partnerships, Research & Insights and other cross-functional teams, ensuring Core Market priorities are clearly represented and incorporated into broader company plans.
  • Communicate portfolio performance, priorities, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership, translating complexity into clear recommendations and decisions.
  • Build a high performing and inclusive team culture grounded in trust, accountability, openness, and mutual respect.
  • Act as a senior leader within the broader International organization, contributing beyond the Core Markets portfolio by sharing frameworks, market learnings, leadership practices, and strategic perspectives that raise the effectiveness of the wider team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
