Director, Corporate Development & Transformation
Location: UK (Hybrid), South-East England
A high-growth, multi-site organisation is seeking an experienced leader to help shape and deliver its next phase of growth.
This is a unique opportunity to combine corporate development, M&A execution, integration leadership, and strategic transformation within a business embarking on an ambitious multi-year growth agenda.
Responsibilities
- Lead the identification, assessment, and execution of acquisition opportunities.
- Manage transactions from initial evaluation through to completion.
- Oversee post-acquisition integration and value creation initiatives.
- Establish and maintain governance across a portfolio of strategic programmes.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into deliverable plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning commercial, operational, technology, and organisational change.
- Build strong relationships with investors, advisors, management teams, and external stakeholders.
- Provide visibility, accountability, and delivery discipline across the strategic agenda.

Candidate Profile
We are particularly interested in individuals with:
- Executive-level Corporate Development, M&A, or Strategy leadership experience.
- A successful track record delivering acquisitions and post-merger integration.
- Experience operating within acquisitive, multi-site organisations.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience leading complex transformation, integration, or strategic change programmes.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- A hands-on approach combined with strong strategic capability.
