About the Role

Join egg Power at a pivotal stage of growth and play a leading role in shaping one of Liberty Global’s most exciting energy transition businesses. This is a unique opportunity to influence investment strategy, secure funding, and help build a large-scale renewable energy platform that supports the growing demand for clean, affordable and secure energy across Europe.

As a member of the founding leadership team, you will lead corporate finance, commercial structuring and risk management activities that underpin the growth of the business. Working closely with investors, lenders, customers, development partners and Liberty Global stakeholders, you will help deliver renewable energy projects across multiple markets while driving long-term value creation and supporting the journey towards a 1GW platform.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the funding strategy for egg Power, securing debt and equity solutions to support growth and future acquisitions.
  • Build and manage relationships with lenders, co-investors, customers and development partners across Europe.
  • Structure and negotiate key commercial agreements, including PPAs, acquisitions and construction contracts.
  • Partner with Legal, Treasury, Finance and Tax teams to optimise transaction structures and manage risk.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, platform development and future exit options for the business.
  • Oversee governance, regulatory and contractual risk management across the renewable energy portfolio.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
