Description
As Corporation Tax Director, you will assume responsibility for the strategic leadership and continued growth of a well-established tax practice. Working closely with fellow leaders across the business, you will lead the delivery of complex advisory assignments, strengthen key client relationships and play a central role in the development of the firm's Corporation Tax offering.

Beyond technical leadership, the position carries a significant commercial remit. You will contribute to revenue growth through business development, the expansion of existing client relationships and the identification of new market opportunities, leveraging both your professional network and market expertise.
Acting as a trusted adviser to a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial, privately owned and mid-market businesses, you will provide commercially focused tax advice aligned with wider business objectives, transactions and growth strategies.
The successful individual will work collaboratively across service lines to deliver integrated solutions, enhancing both client outcomes and the breadth of the organisation's advisory proposition. They will also play a key role in developing future talent, mentoring senior team members and helping to shape the next generation of leaders within the tax practice.
This is a highly visible leadership appointment, offering the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, contribute to the continued expansion of the business and establish a lasting impact on the future direction of the Corporation Tax service line.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a commercially astute Corporation Tax professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality advisory services and building enduring client relationships. They will possess the credibility and presence to engage confidently with business owners, senior leadership teams and fellow advisers, whilst demonstrating a genuine interest in contributing to the broader success of the practice.
