Director – Cost Consultancy
£110,000 - £120,000 | Manchester / Leeds | Consultancy | Permanent

We are working with a highly respected independent property consultancy looking for an established Cost Consultancy professional to help lead and grow its offering across the UK.
There is already a strong platform: major institutional and investment clients, high-profile projects and an established multidisciplinary business around you.
What they need now is somebody with the experience, relationships and ambition to help take the Cost Consultancy business to another level.

Role Overview: You will remain close to delivery, working across industrial, commercial, residential, PBSA and Build to Rent, but this is much bigger than simply running projects. You will also help shape strategy, develop the team, strengthen existing client relationships and create new ones.

Requirements: You will need to be MRICS, technically excellent and already operating at a senior level within Cost Consultancy. Crucially, you'll also have a strong network and a track record of turning relationships into work.
