We’re looking for a Director of CRE Operations & Transformation to join our Group Corporate Real Estate team.
Flutter's Group Corporate Real Estate function manages workplaces and physical environments across our global business spanning the UK & Ireland, mainland Europe, the US and Asia-Pacific. We're evolving our operations from traditional models into a data- and AI-enabled function that works effectively across the entire business.
As Director of CRE Operations & Transformation, you'll support the Group Director, CRE in modernising our Corporate Real Estate capabilities. We need someone who can define and implement transformation strategy, lead our teams through change, and deliver measurable business value. You'll partner with senior leaders across Finance, Procurement, and Technology to embed AI and automation into how we operate.
You'll lead a growing team of specialists, building capability while encouraging a culture of collaboration and ambition. This role balances the need to maintain safe, reliable operations today with the transformation required for tomorrow.
What you’ll do
- Transform the CRE operating model into a scalable, efficient function aligned to our global business
- Design and lead our AI adoption roadmap, embedding automation and data into core processes and decision-making
- Strengthen governance across our CRE change portfolio, giving senior leaders clear visibility of progress and risks
- Apply financial discipline and commercial rigour to transformation, platforms and operations
- Build trust with senior stakeholders across the business, presenting recommendations through governance forums
- Develop and retain talented people, creating a collaborative culture that brings teams through change!

How you’ll do it
- Senior leadership experience in complex, global organisations with strong track records in transformation and PMO
- Proven ability to lead large-scale operational and cultural change, turning strategy into measurable results
- Experience embedding AI, automation and data into operational processes
- Commercial and financial acumen including budget management and investment governance
- Ability to build high-performing teams and lead through ambiguity
- Clear communicator who can explain complex issues to senior and board-level audiences
- Experience in real estate, workplace, facilities or operations is valuable
