Director, CXO Intelligence
Rubrik's Director, CXO Intelligence is analyst-in-chief and moderator of Rubrik Think!, the Transformation team's soon-to-launch CXO-facing news desk and thought leadership channel. The person in this role synthesizes real-time signals from across the Transformation team including Rubrik Zero Labs threat and AI intelligence, Value Economics signals, cyber and AI resilience risk and readiness research and metrics, and customer voices, into one coherent intelligence product built for CXOs. They transform hard-hitting empirical signals from across TX functions into trends, newscasting, and multi-modal research content.
Rubrik Think! is built as an owned platform: Rubrik holds the intellectual ownership and the narrative, and this role is the interface through which that intelligence supports GTM acquisition, investor relations, analyst relations, and communications across the Transformation team.
Responsibilities
Rubrik Think!: Analyst-in-Chief and Editorial Direction
- Serve as analyst-in-chief and moderator of Rubrik Think!, curating and synthesizing Rubrik Zero Labs threat and AI intelligence, Value Economics signals, cyber and AI resilience risk and readiness research and metrics, and customer voices into one CXO-facing news desk and thought leadership channel.
- Transform hard-hitting empirical signals across TX functions into trends, newscasting formats, and multi-modal research content, spanning written, video, and interactive formats.
- Own the editorial strategy, format, and cadence for Rubrik Think!, building an in-house authorship model where Rubrik holds the ideas and publishers handle amplification and interactive execution, rather than the reverse.
Cross-Functional Intelligence Synthesis
- Partner with Rubrik Zero Labs on a dedicated editorial, design, and release strategy that gets its research in front of the CXO audiences it deserves, including anchor pieces for major releases.
- Partner with the Value Economics team to translate value and ROI signals into published intelligence and proof points.
- Partner with CXO-in-Residence team and Customer Advocacy team to turn technical customer data and analytics into compelling, publishable customer stories and profiles.
- Lead priority-track and flagship research, starting with risk assessment and value economics, building toward a definitive, citation-worthy study on the economics of resilience.
- Build first-mover thought leadership on emerging regulatory and policy developments, including DORA, SEC cyber disclosure rules, and EU/UK regulation, positioning Rubrik as a voice regulators, boards, and policymakers trust ahead of the compliance wave.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The right person builds Rubrik's in-house analyst and newscasting capability, positions Rubrik as the source of its own ideas rather than a subject for others to cover, and makes Rubrik Think! the interface the rest of the company relies on for CXO and and board-facing assets for GTM, investor relations, analyst relations, and communications.
