Responsibilities/Desired Background /Qualifications
Genpact is seeking an Enterprise Data services Sr. Consultant to join its Data & AI Consulting team. This team was established as a distinct capability to provide innovative advisory and transformation services to Genpact’s clients.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and bring both the practical experience of implementing solutions in Data Management, Data Engineering, Analytics and AI with a flair for developing new ideas. The placed candidate will be aligned as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and will support the creation of knowledge assets/IP, acquiring new clients participating in the pre-sales process and delivering consulting engagement.

Key Requirements:
- Strong 360 degrees knowledge across data domains such as Supply chain, Finance, Commerce with deep industry expertise in any one of the following (CPG/Retail, Lifesciences or Manufacturing) industry
- Primary Industry knowledge in Consumer Goods, Retail, Lifesciences or Manufacturing
- Experience in defining and implementing data strategy on modern data platforms e.g. Databricks, Snowflake
- Demonstrated aptitude in rolling out data governance and data quality and exposure to best practices
- Experience in Business data process improvement, ERP data readiness (e.g. SAP S/4 Hana) and Data foundation for Agentic AI solutions
- Ability to link business data issues/challenges to business processes, problems and analytics
- Proven capability to collaborate, conduct, and lead sessions with Business and IT resources
- Experience in delivering complex Data & AI strategy assessments & implementation roadmap
- Experience in designing operating model for data management and analytics COE
- Strong understanding of standards and processes in ERP such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics
- Knowledge across multiple data domains such as Material/Products, Vendor, Customer and Finance Data (charts of accounts, cost centers, legal entities etc.)
- Develop point of views, thought leadership content to establish Genpact as a leader in Data Management, Data Engineering, Analytics and AI
- Exposure to hyperscaler ecosystem e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP
- Ability to curate assets and proven experience in using it as a differentiator during a deal cycle.
- Advanced usage of agentic coding tools with Claude, Google Gemini or Microsoft Co-pilot
- Project delivery – timeline and milestone management, stakeholder relationship management;
- Experience in managing multi-cultural teams in an onsite/onshore environment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required / Master’s or MBA preferred
- 15+ yrs relevant experience in providing data advisory and transformation services with knowledge across multiple data domains in supply chain management and finance.
- Past experience of executed large scale, high-impact data consulting projects or solutions. Have delivered complex strategy assessments, implementation roadmaps
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with consulting and pre-sales experience
- Brings in clear understanding on how Business Data can impact various business processes of any company i.e. Linkage of Data to various Business Processes
- Creative thinking / innovative mind set
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business issues across multiple sectors
- Education and training related to business processes improvement and its desired business outcomes
