Company Overview

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

What you'll do

As Director, Demand & Field Marketing - NewCo, EMEA, you will own the regional strategy for scaled prospect programs that create and accelerate new business pipeline and increase Intelligent Agreement Management attachment to new business opportunities. You will translate prospect needs and business challenges into audience strategies, messaging, content requirements and integrated campaign blueprints that country teams can localise and execute. You will partner closely with Product-Led Growth, HQ marketing, Sales Development, Market Development, Account Executives, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Events and the UKI, France and DACH CBU marketers to improve traffic, engagement, conversion and pipeline outcomes.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Demand & Field Marketing.

Responsibility

  • Own the EMEA NewCo marketing strategy, quarterly plans and program roadmap across Sales-Led, PLG and partner motions, using data and insights to define audiences, objectives, messaging, offers, channels, KPIs and expected impact
  • Lead the NewCo Big Rock initiative and build integrated, repeatable program blueprints across email, in-product communications, webinars, events, paid media, content and sales-led outbound programs to drive demand, nurture prospects, improve inbound conversion and support SDR, MDR and AE prospecting
  • Translate prospect personas, business challenges, buying triggers and objections into differentiated messaging and content requirements, while shaping SEO, GEO and AIO priorities with Digital, Web, Performance Marketing, PLG and HQ partners to improve discoverability and increase qualified web traffic, engagement and conversion
  • Establish operating partnerships with SDR leadership and key stakeholder teams including Product-Led Growth, HQ Marketing, Sales Development, Market Development, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing and Partner Marketing to align conversion KPIs, service-level agreements, follow-up, sequence testing, customer journeys and sales-assisted execution
  • Work in lock step with the UKI, France and DACH CBU marketers to shape and localise programs, coordinate country execution and manage the regional portfolio through clear actions, owners, next steps, expected impact, risks and blockers
  • Identify and optimise the levers that generate pipeline, and run monthly NewCo business reviews covering traffic, engagement, handraisers, meetings, conversion, SQOs, pipeline GNACV, closed-won GNACV influence, IAM attachment, ROI, lessons learned and actions for the next cycle

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
