Your new role
This is far more than a traditional accountancy position. Working closely with business owners and senior decision-makers, you will act as a trusted adviser, helping clients navigate a wide range of commercial, financial, and strategic issues.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Advising owner-managed businesses on accounting, financial reporting, and business matters.
- Building and developing long-term client relationships.
- Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client outcomes.
- Delivering commercially focused advice and practical solutions.
- Supporting and developing junior team members.
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the firm.

What you'll need to succeed
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 3-4 years' post-qualified experience.
- Strong accounting and financial reporting expertise.
- Good knowledge of personal taxation.
- Experience advising owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurial clients.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A commercial mindset with a practical, solution-focused approach.
- Ambition to develop into a senior leadership position.
