Director – Digital Strategy & Private Equity Advisory

PE backed digital strategy firm with a strong presence across Europe and the UK, entering the next stage of growth

I am currently partnering with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial digital strategy consultancy that works with leading private equity investors, global corporates and mid-sized companies on digital strategy, data, and technology-led value creation.

Founded just over a decade ago, the firm has become one of Europe’s fastest-growing digital consultancies, supporting investors and management teams across the full lifecycle of digital transformation - from digital due diligence and transaction support through to data-driven growth strategies and portfolio value creation.

Following sustained growth across Europe, the business has recently launched its London office and is now looking to hire a Director-level individual to play a key role in building the UK presence and leading client engagements with private equity funds and portfolio companies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
