Director – Energy Transition Advisory
About the Role
An energy-transition advisory platform is seeking a Director to join its team and take responsibility for the execution of transactions across the energy-transition, renewables and infrastructure sectors.
The role is primarily focused on transaction execution rather than balance-sheet lending, with responsibility for managing mandates from initial engagement through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute transactions across energy transition, renewables and infrastructure
- Manage mandates from initial engagement through to close
- Work across transactions including debt advisory and capital raising
- Lead and coordinate workstreams covering financial analysis, structuring, documentation and due diligence
- Coordinate closely with legal, technical and financial advisers
- Maintain significant client interaction throughout live transactions
- Take ownership of transaction execution within a lean and entrepreneurial environment
- Work closely with senior leadership throughout the execution process

About You
The ideal candidate will have strong transaction execution experience and a background relevant to energy transition, renewables or infrastructure. You should be comfortable managing complex transactions, coordinating multiple advisers and stakeholders, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the deal process. Experience across debt advisory, capital raising, lending or structured finance would be relevant to the role.
