SENIOR INTERIM - Director of Enterprise Architecture

FULLY REMOTE

Mid - Long Term Interim Appointment
Highly Competitive Salary (open to daily rate interims)

Eutopia Search are partnering a leading UK organisation to appoint a Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for shaping the organisation’s enterprise architecture, technology, data, integration and AI strategy, ensuring technology investment supports both immediate business priorities and longer-term transformation.

The successful candidate will work closely with Executive, Technology, Digital, Data and operational leadership teams, providing clear strategic direction while ensuring architecture remains pragmatic and supports delivery at pace.

Seeking an experienced Director of Enterprise Architecture with a proven track record across SAP/S4HANA, as well as leading multi-million business transformation projects.

The Role

As Director of Enterprise Architecture, you will lead the Enterprise Architecture function and help define the future technology landscape across a complex, multi-site organisation.

You will have significant influence across major transformation programmes spanning ERP, digital platforms, data, integration, cloud and AI.

This is not an architecture role focused purely on frameworks and governance. We are looking for someone who can connect business strategy with technology strategy, simplify complex environments and help the organisation make better long-term technology decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
