Director, Events & Live Experiences (Football)
Fuse is looking for a Director, Events & Live Experiences (Football) to lead the delivery and growth of world-class football partnerships, hospitality programmes, live events and fan experiences for leading global brands.
Working across some of Fuse's most significant football accounts, you'll oversee integrated sponsorship activations linked to major football properties including UEFA competitions, domestic leagues, clubs and federations. You'll act as a senior client lead, driving strategic partnership programmes, premium hospitality experiences, fan engagement initiatives and high-profile event delivery throughout the football calendar.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring deep knowledge of the football sponsorship landscape, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record delivering complex, multi-market programmes. You'll lead talented teams, nurture senior client and rights holder relationships, drive commercial growth, and help shape the future of Fuse's football offering.
What You'll Bring
- Significant experience in football sponsorship, events, hospitality or experiential marketing
- Proven success managing global brands, rights holders and senior stakeholders
- Strong leadership and people management experience
- Expertise delivering premium hospitality, VIP experiences and large-scale activations
- Commercial acumen with experience identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Outstanding project management, financial management and client servicing skills
