FICO (NYSE: FICO) is a leading global analytics software company, helping businesses in 100+ countries make better decisions. Join our world-class team today and fulfill your career potential!

The Opportunity

As Director of Executive Programs & Global Engagement, you will own and lead FICO's global strategy for C-suite relationship building, executive engagement, and VIP customer programs, a senior, highly visible role sitting at the intersection of marketing, sales, and executive leadership, with a mandate to deepen FICO's relationships with the most senior decision-makers at our most strategic accounts worldwide.

You'll design and execute programs that introduce FICO to new executive audiences and strengthen existing C-suite relationships, owning global executive events, VIP sponsorship programs, Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), executive briefings, and thought leadership initiatives.

You'll lead and develop a growing team, initially two interns based in India and EMEA, with the expectation both may convert to full-time roles as the team scales, coaching and mentoring while driving world-class program execution. This role is ideal for a seasoned B2B marketing leader who combines strategic vision with strong operational discipline, energised by building executive relationships at scale across global markets.

What You’ll Contribute

  • Define and lead FICO’s global executive engagement strategy, building a structured framework to identify, target, and engage C-suite executives across strategic accounts in EMEA, LAC, APAC, and the Americas.
  • Own FICO’s global portfolio of VIP customer programs, executive sponsorships, and high-touch experiences, including executive dinners, roundtables, Customer Advisory Boards, Innovation Days, and bespoke customer summits.
  • Design and execute Customer Advisory Board (CAB) programs globally, managing nominations, agendas, facilitation, and follow-through.
  • Build and manage a global executive engagement calendar, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and field marketing to align engagement with pipeline, retention, and account plans for FICO’s top 20–30 strategic accounts.
  • Manage global event and sponsorship budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and demonstrable return on investment.
  • Oversee the development of executive-facing thought leadership content, including the global executive newsletter, briefing materials, CAB presentations, and event content.
  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for executive engagement and sponsorship ROI, using Salesforce to track engagement and reporting quarterly to senior leadership.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Executive Programs team, building scalable processes and playbooks that enable consistent, high-quality execution across regions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
