Director, Non-Property Exposure Data Analytics | UK | £160,000 + 30% Bonus
About the Opportunity
We're partnering with a highly respected specialty insurance platform that is building one of the most sophisticated data and analytics functions in the market.
This is not a traditional exposure management role.
The business has invested heavily in modern data infrastructure, portfolio analytics and decision-making capabilities, creating an environment where exposure management sits at the centre of strategic conversations.
As part of continued growth, we're seeking a Director, Non-Property Exposure Analytics to lead a critical area of the exposure function.

The Role
You'll be responsible for how the business understands and reports on its non-property portfolio.
- Portfolio composition
- Aggregation monitoring
- Trend analysis
- Exposure reporting
- Delivering insights that influence underwriting and business strategy
While this is a senior leadership position, we're looking for someone who enjoys staying close enough to the detail to challenge assumptions, understand the data and drive outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Significant exposure management experience
- Strong non-property expertise
- Background within insurance or reinsurance
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality
- Strong analytical and portfolio management capability
