We are looking for a commercially minded Director, Finance Business Partnering to join our leadership team and partner with the Corporate function. In this highly visible role, you will act as a trusted adviser to senior business leaders, providing financial insight, challenge and stewardship across key strategic priorities. You will partner closely with executive stakeholders to drive performance, evaluate investment opportunities, optimise resource allocation and support long-term value creation.
This is a distinctive opportunity for a strategic finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment and enjoys translating data into meaningful business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Partner with senior leaders to shape strategy and challenge priorities through a commercial and financial lens.
- Develop robust business cases and financial models to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to optimise revenue, costs and overall business performance.
- Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, highlighting risks, opportunities and actions needed to achieve objectives.
- Lead and support strategic planning, annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives and help steer the delivery of key business projects.
- Influence senior leadership decisions through clear financial insight and evidence-based recommendations.
- Support innovation, transformation programmes and business change initiatives.
- Conduct post-investment reviews to assess outcomes and improve future decision-making.
- Build strong partnerships across finance and the wider business to enhance commercial capability and financial acumen.

What we're looking for
You are a strategic thinker with the credibility and confidence to operate at a senior level, balancing big-picture thinking with strong analytical rigour.
You'll bring:
- Experience with C-suite stakeholder management
- Proven experience in Finance Business Partnering within a complex, global organisation.
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving change within matrix organisations.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect financial performance to broader business outcomes.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The confidence to challenge constructively, drive accountability and advocate for the right business decisions.
