About Us

Fieldguide is establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets through automating and streamlining the work of assurance and audit practitioners with AI agents. They are based in San Francisco and have raised over $125M+ in venture funding from top Silicon Valley investors to accomplish their ambitious vision, including Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Bessemer Venture Partners, 8VC, Floodgate, Y Combinator, Justin Kan, Elad Gil, and more.

Fieldguide has become the defining agentic company for CPAs, with more than 50%+ of the top-100 CPA firms as customers, including several Big 4, and an industry-leading NPS to match. They save up to 75% of time on manual tasks and unlock over 4x capacity for audit practitioners, helping provide the work-life balance that is rare in the profession. Fieldguide is on the same growth curve as the later-stage vertical AI leaders, but you would be joining early enough to have a meaningful impact.

Fieldguide values diversity, both in backgrounds and in experiences to help build the future of audit and advisory. They are deliberate in preserving a winning culture with their FFLOWI values - Fearless, Fast, Lovable, Owners, Win-Win, Inclusive - providing space for teammates to do their career’s best work through a tightly-knit support network.

If you want to shape the most important shift in how commerce and capital markets establish trust, alongside world-class teammates, Fieldguide would love to build with you.

About the Role

As Director of Financial Audit for EMEA, you will be the region's financial audit voice and a key driver in scaling Fieldguide's platform across the market. You will translate ISAs, IFRS, and local regulatory expectations into reliable, AI-powered workflows making sure EMEA firms get a platform built for their standards, their regulators, and their way of working.

You will own methodology, platform localization, go-to-market partnership, and customer success sponsorship for the region. Working across product, engineering, sales, and customer success, you will ensure the platform reflects local standards and industry nuance, then scale that impact through strategic partnerships and strong customer outcomes.

This role calls for a detail-oriented leader with sound judgment, depth in a complex regulatory landscape, and the ability to build a function from the ground up.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
