Role Description
This is a high-profile role, managing a cross-geographical team of FP&A professionals, and partnering with the Global Fertility Commercial Leadership Team. Success in this role requires a solid business acumen, intellectual curiosity, an ability to navigate a geographically diverse business environment, and a creative approach to problem solving. The position will be accountable for the overall financial leadership of the Fertility Commercial Organization supporting a multitude of teams under that umbrella.

The Director will work in conjunction with the Commercial Organization to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and operating expense commitments, drive profitable revenue growth, improve contribution margins, and improve financial returns on investments. In addition, this position helps determine pricing actions, product profitability, and ensures a good control environment.
