About the role:
We are seeking an experienced FP&A leader to serve as the primary Finance Business Partner across International Payments and Total Issuing Solutions (TIS) International. This highly visible role will play a critical part in supporting strategic financial planning, business performance management, and the integration of finance activities across key business areas. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior business leaders, providing financial insight and guidance to support decision-making across a large and complex organisation.
This position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and requires the ability to influence stakeholders at executive and President level while driving financial strategy and operational excellence.
What you will be doing:
- Act as the lead Finance Business Partner for International Payments and Total Issuing Solutions (TIS) International.
- Own financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and strategic analysis across assigned business areas.
- Provide financial leadership and strategic recommendations to support business performance and growth objectives.
- Manage and influence decision-making across a substantial P&L.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive accountability, challenge assumptions and support critical business decisions.
- Support and lead the integration of finance activities and teams across FIS and TIS.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation and establish credibility as a trusted finance advisor.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership audiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes and explore innovative approaches, including the application of AI within financial planning and analysis.

What you bring:
Must have:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- 3-5+ years of senior FP&A experience within a large international corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis and strategic finance leadership.
- Experience managing or supporting large and complex P&Ls.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and influence decision-making.
- Experience working within complex international and cross-border operating environments.
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives while maintaining business-as-usual financial responsibilities.
Preferred:
- Finance degree or relevant academic qualification.
- Experience within payments, fintech or international financial services environments.
- Exposure to International Payments and/or Issuing Solutions businesses.
- Experience leveraging or implementing AI capabilities within FP&A functions.
- Prior involvement in organisational change, transformation or integration programmes.
