We're seeking a Director in our Financial Services to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

Summary

This role will lead strategic client initiatives, drive delivery excellence, and expand relationships across the Financial Services sector. Working closely with UK FS Leadership, you will support the development and execution of the UK & EMEA Financial Services industry growth strategy, bringing change and transformation expertise that can flex across sub-sectors such as banking, wealth, insurance, reinsurance, payments, and capital markets.

You Will

  • Lead the execution of go-to-market strategies for account growth initiatives, contributing to revenue growth and client development.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across financial services institutions.
  • Identify and sell solutions that provide real value to clients through North Highland’s holistic approach to consulting.
  • Lead workstreams and client engagements across capabilities including Strategy, Technology, People & Change, Data & Analytics, and Program & Project Management.
  • Deliver transformation initiatives focused on digital banking, payments modernization, operational efficiency, emerging technology, and customer experience improvements.
  • Lead a team of North Highland Consultants, both on projects and as a career coach.
  • Contribute to thought leadership efforts through industry participation, client insights, and collaboration across internal and external networks.

Ideally, We'd Like

  • Management consulting, advisory, professional services and/or Big 4 consulting experience, currently at Director level or equivalent, with Financial Services experience and the ability to operate across multiple sub-sectors within FS.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead business growth initiatives.
  • Experience leading change and transformation programmes in Financial Services, ideally with UK market relevance and exposure to technology-enabled transformation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior client leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • A collaborative leadership style with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
